My mother is facing an issue for low low lung capacity
Can you pplease advice what needs to do

I can understand your concern.
Low lung capacity is seen with end stage Lung fibrosis or COPD (chronic obstructive Pulmonary disease).
So we should first rule out these diseases. Treatment of both of these are different.
So better to first diagnose and then start appropriate treatment.
Common treatment include chest physiotherapy, deep breathing exercises, low flow oxygen support, adult pulmonary vaccines etc.
Please let me know if she had CT scan of thorax done or not. This will be of great help.
