Suggest Treatment For Low Energy, Poor Balance, Hand Tremors And Memory Loss

Question: I have low leg strength, low leg joint range, low energy, poor balance, difficulty get out of car, Rt hand tremor, cramped hand writing, memory lapse, Told not Parkinson because Pk med did not help. MRI OK, blood lab ok.
any other possibilities?

MRI Dept Rex Hosp XXXXXXX NC July27,2016 was told nothing notworthy did not get a file copy

Fasting Lab nothing indicating a problem Dr. XXXXXXX Tomar Endocronolgy

A1C 5.5 almost pre diabetic; PSA 2.0;
TSH 1.280 uTU/mL; T4 free(direct) 1.02 ng/dL

SERUM
Chloride 99; Potassium 4.9: Sodium 135; Calcium 9.7: Glucose 91

Cholestrol total 266
LDL 176; VLDL 23; HDL 67: Trig 115
Restarted Lipitor then after 6 weeks dropped total by 110

Carbidopal Evodopa three .day with meal. as trial 6 weeks for possible Parkinson but no noticeable effect.
