Question: My wife has a blood pressure reading of 90/55 always. What should be done. She is normal and active. Is it ok

You can ask her to increase salt intake daily for 2 months and see the difference. Ask her to take buttermilk daily with 1 spoon of salt, and that will normalize her blood pressure. HOPE THIS HELPS.
