Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your blood pressure values are a little low.

This could be related to dehydration or electrolytes imbalance.

I recommend taking plenty of fluids to remain well hydrated and have some rest. You should avoid straining physical activity or standing up position in the next hours.

A coffee would also help you feel better.

If your situation does not improve, I recommend going to the ER for a physical exam and some tests:

- a resting ECG
- a chest x-ray study
- some blood lab tests ( complete blood count, blood electrolytes, kidney and liver function tests, fasting glucose).

A cervical spine X ray study would also be needed to exclude chronic backbone degeration which could lead to dizziness.

You may need intravenous fluids.

Regarding the difference in blood pressure in your arms, I explain that a little difference is quite normal because of the anatomy of blood vessels.

A Doppler ultrasound of the cervical vessels would help exclude possible atherosclerotic stenosis.

Hope to have been helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr.Iliri
