Brief Answer:
Blood pressure is not dangerously low...

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear XXXX
Thanks for the query and sorry to hear about your problem
I understand your concern

Your blood pressure is not dangerously low.
A systolic blood pressure < 90 mm Hg or diastolic blood pressure < 60 mm Hg is considered as low blood pressure/hypotension.

Your blood pressure is well controlled.
You should ask your physician to cut off your Hydrochorthiazide 12.5 mg.

You should require life style modification:
Avoid stress, take adequeate sleep of 6-8 hours.
Regular exercise like walking, running daily in the morning for 45-60 minutes followed by yoga for 15-20 minutes
Eat more green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits, avoid high saturated fat in diet.
Avoid high salt intake(< 2.3 sodium gram/day).
Avoid excessive drinking of alcohol.
Take 4 almonds, 4 pistachio and 1 walnut daily
Regular check up your blood pressure

Hope I have answered your query
