Suggest Treatment For Loose Stool And Lip Ulcers
Question: hi, my wife is suffering by lose stool during last 25 days. Stool is happeing once in a day but she is feeling another pressure after first bowel movement.Now from last week she is geeting very small lip ulcer. She already took secnil forte 1 GM three tabs, also having becozyme-c forte, Zytee mouth ointment. What would be the cause of this.

I share your concerns about your wife's illness. There are few possibilities with these symptoms like
Mild infection in intestine
Irritable bowel syndrome
Chronic indigestion due to liver or pancreas pathology
You should have mentioned about the investigations done by your doctor. However I would suggest following
Stool examination (microscopic examination for worms, bacteria, parasites or any other microorganisms)
Stool culture and sensitivity
Liver enzymes study
Ultrasound scan of whole abdomen
Basic blood work up
Lip ulcer, which your wife has is due to this condition only. Long term disturbance of bowel has resulted in to vitamin deficiency. Vitamin deficiency is responsible for ulcers. Ask her to take vitamin supplements.
