Brief Answer:
You have lipomas which are benign and can be left alone.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

The lumps you have on your body are nothing more than lipomas. This type of lumps are always benign and do not turn into a cancer. As you have multiple lumps, we can say you have tendency to this tumors. So they will be appearing even if you remove all of them.
The only reason this lumps can be removed is cosmetic effect. Otherwise, this lumps can be left alone. They do not threaten your life, there is no cancer in this lumps and for sure no liver cancer.

So you can liver normally with this lumps, get married and you do not need any medication at all.

If you want to get rid of this lumps, you should consult general surgeon. Such visit has nothing to do with your visa status and wont affect in in any way.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
You can not stop this lumps to grow.

Detailed Answer:
Your HBV results indicate that the infection is not active and remains hidden. In other words, the virus do not cause any harm to the liver.
This lumps have nothing to do with the infection. Some persons are just prone to have multiple lipomas. Its because of your genes. And there is nothing you can do about that. You can not control this process. Not at all. And you can not do anything to prevent the lumps.
So all you can do is to remove them. But for sure another lumps will appear.

Brief Answer:
HBV can be transmitted through an intercourse.

Detailed Answer:
You have to tell about this infection to your girlfriend. Especially that intercourse can be the factor of infection. So she may get infected from you.
As your last results are from 10 years ago, I suggest you to repeat them. This will tell you if she is any danger or not.
Doctors do not report patients health to immigration services. It does not work in that way. So no need to be afraid about your visa.

Brief Answer:
THere is no tests for lumps.

Detailed Answer:
There is not test for lumps diagnosis.
For HBV infection you should check HBeAg and anti-HBS. You should also have HBV DNA test if there will be no antibodies in your bloodstream.
