Brief Answer:
Provide investigations or prescription

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Most likely this can be lipoma.
The exact nature of the lesion can only be ascertained by investigations or biopsy.
Provide any reports if available.
Chances of tumor or malignancy is less likely.
Any chemotherapy will not affect you if advised to your partner.
Get back with reports.
