Brief Answer:
For how long has this been?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this penis that has gone completely limp. From the information that you have provided, I am concerned that you could have probably damage the muscles of the penis that are responsible for contractions. For now, there would be nothing to do in the immediate. However, I believe with time you should be able to regain some functionality but would not be able to return to its initial state.

A curved penis is most cases is caused by a fibrosis of the erectile muscles. This condition is called la peyronie's disease and treatment is surgical. It is rather unfortunate you had to go trying all by yourself to address this and it seems we would be dealing with an even more concerning condition.

In all, lets monitor for at least 8weeks to allow for complete healing. Re-evaluation would be done at this time to see how much definitive damage was done, what the then level of contractions are and what available options are applicable.

I hope this helps and addresses your query fully. I wish you well and pray you get to recover as much as possible from this condition. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

thankyou for your reply. please find the time to keep in touch. when you say nothing can be done in the immediate, would not some sort of surgery help? is there anything i can do personally? it sounds as if i have definitely damaged the muscles.
i wrote more information in my initial query but it didn't go through. i will include it now.
i overextended my penis using a traction device (to try and remedy curvature). I have been doing this for a couple of hours most days over 4 weeks. one time i left it for about 5 hrs. last week i had sex with my wife and i ejaculated quickly and with no control. something felt different. it was then partially flacid for about 2 days and completely flacid for past 4 days. there is no arousement at all when i touch it. Do you think there is anything that can be done? Surgery? will you only provide one answer or will we have a discussion? I'm obviously distraught and am desperate to remedy things. ultimately i guess i will try/need to see a urologist. is there anything else you need to know?

Brief Answer:
We need to allow for complete healing first!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this follow up information.

I have reviewed it fully. I think we need to wait for complete healing first before we can evaluate to what extend the damage is and what can be done to help with it. That's why I advised that you give as many as 8weeks for us to be able to gather all this information before making any hasty decisions that may be costly in future.

For now, there is no aggressive measure that would correct this over night. Time would be the major determinant in the outcome of this damage. Give yourself sometime before seeing a urologist as nobody would want to tamper with the penis when the full extend of the damage has not been clearly mapped out.

I hope this helps. let me know what the progress is and we shall make the decision later on what the exact next steep should be. Further inquiries and request for ore information is highly appreciated.
