Brief Answer:
Gastritis and Laryngopharyngeal reflux could be the cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Gastritis and Laryngopharyngeal reflux could be the cause of your problems. This can give post nasal drip and coating on tongue also.
For this I would suggest taking proton pump inhibitors like Esomeprazole (Nexium) for 4 to 6 weeks. This you can take 20 mg 1 hour before break fast daily. Take light meals at short intervals. Avoid excess spicy , fatty foods and junks. Avoid carbonated drinks , coffee, smoking and alcohol also. You can take ginger tea with honey , chamomile tea. Raise your head end more with extra pillows while sleeping.
You can use tongue cleaner or brush to clean the tongue twice daily. I would also suggest to keep mouth full of water for 15 minutes and spit out in the morning after brushing and at night before bed time.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
