Brief Answer:
Possibility of neuropathy to be evaluated

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Pain in leg may be due to muscular fatigue, neuropathy or lumbosacral radiculopathy.
In view of symptoms in left arm and facial numbness possibility of mononeuropathy multiplex should be considered.
Do you have any skin hypopigmented and anesthetic patch over body.
Do you have any other disease like diabetes, hepatitis, vasculitis?

Visit a neurologist for proper examination and advice regarding investigations nad treatment. You may require nerve conduction study and some blood investigations.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
