Brief Answer:
Go for a stress (exercise) ECG

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Your symptoms do not suggest Coronary Artery Disease (CAD). A normal ECG is reassuring…However, it is better to have a Treadmill Exercise Electrocardiogram (TMT). If this is also normal, nothing to do – except to repeat after one year… If in doubt, further work up is done..

Your cholesterol is a bit higher… There are subdivisions of cholesterol – LDL, HDL and so on. ..
HDL is good cholesterol – higher, the better. / LDL is bad cholesterol – lower, the better.
In the absence of any other risk factor 100 is ideal for LDL-C. In the presence of other diseases (especially Diabetes and/or established heart disease), 70 should be the aim.
Keep your weight to normal / even a little less
Quit smoking, if you are a smoker
Do regular EXERCISE – say walking or jogging - 30 minutes a day / at least 5 days in a week. Isometric exercise (like bull worker) is bad.
Healthy FOOD is a must. Avoid saturated fats – coconut oil, palm oil, butter, ghee, full cream milk...Avoid junk foods in particular – French fries have palm oil / Pizza has cheese / XXXXXXX sweets are made in ghee.../ Change to Poly-un-saturated oil – like sun flower oil. / Include Mono-un-saturated oil – Olive oil.
Repeat the test in 2 to 3 months.
Cholesterol can still be high, in spite of diet and exercise – you need drugs; because it is also manufactured in the liver – and that is determined by heredity. Statin is the first choice. Some start it straight away – even with normal levels, even without problems (Primary Prophylaxis)

Good luck
God bless you

Brief Answer:
BOTH Life Style changes AND Drugs are necessary

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Your LDL Cholesterol is very high
You need drugs..
Start with any statin – Atorvastatin is the most common; we start with 20 mg and test after 2 months.. the maximum dose is 80 mg.
If the level is still high, we may add Ezetimibe … the standard dose is 10 mg….
Your GP will give appropriate prescription and follow up

Brief Answer:
Need better control

Detailed Answer:
Hi

The pressure is not controlled well
Aim for 130 / 80
See your doctor - he may ADD thiazide > combination medicines like Losar-H are available...

Statin must be taken in the night / no relation to food

Weight needs to be correlated to height (for BMI)

Bye
