Question: 19 yr old male severe left side pain going on 3 days caused numbness initially but subsided urine negative ultrasound negative ct abdo negative wbc and neutrophils slightly elevated. Not relieved by toradol, Ativan or morphine no bulges palpable

I am so sorry to hear about this pain. With all investigations showing no abnormality, I will resort to proper pain management at this time unless something else comes up. I will suggest that you go ahead and take Tylenol in addition to Toreador for better control. Also, drink much water to increase urine flow and move any content of the urinary passages that might not have been seen on ultrasound. Beyond that, be calm and know there is nothing alarming going on at this time and therefore requires no aggressive measures. If possible, please upload the results of the WBC as an image/file for review, too.
