Suggest Treatment For Left Ear Swelling

Question: my left ear is swollen red warm. i have a cyst or pimple there all the time but this time i couldnt squeeze anything out the cyst or whatever got bigger warm to touch swollen never had this before.Very painful due to it being swollen took my hoop earrings out tried peroxide and polysporin ice and nothing

The swelling , warmth, redness and pain are in keeping with an infection that will likely need oral antibiotics.

From the description there may be cellulitis ( infection/inflammation of skin and underlying tissues). This is easily treated with a course of oral antibiotics.
The use of magnesium sulphate paste would help to draw out any discharge present in the cyst and anti inflammatory medication would help to reduce the pain/swelling eg ibuprofen, naproxen, cataflam

In addition, since the cyst is recurrently giving problems, it may need to be removed to prevent reinfection, this would be an in office procedure at your doctor's office.
