Suggest Treatment For Lax Cardia, Gastritis And Ulceration

Question: Hi I have diagnosed with lax cardia, diffuse erosive gastritis and deudonal superficial ulceration when I underwent endoscopy. However doctor advised me some antacids and motilium with sucrafil gel for two weeks is it OK or needs to consult kindly let me know whether my condition is critical

As per your description, the prescribed medicines are OK.

Kindly let me know the composition of Antacids which are prescribed to you.
I prescribe Proton pump inhibitor like Rabeprazole along with Sucralfate syrup to my patients with similar complaints.
Life style has to be changed. Avoid spicy food, Carbonated drinks,Alcohol, smoking. Pain killers should not be used in excess.
It will come down.

The antacid combination prescribed to me are Rabeprazole and Reba misidentified tablets for about two weeks after six days of treatment I am again feeling slight burning sensation in stomach will it be completely eradicated after two weeks

Rabeprazole is a good tablet.
It may take two weeks for complete relief.
For quick relief, I prescribe Esmoprazole Fast with trade name NEXPROFAST to my patients.
