Suggest Treatment For Large Vein On The Penis Head
Question: I just noticed a large vein or artery near the head of my penis. Was never there before. No pain, but is in a semi circular form. I am a runner and ran today. What may have caused this/

It signals increased blood flow to the vessels and more so because you are about to have sex This blood vessel will for sure disappear when the volume inside is again reduced after the excitement. To me, there is nothing to do but for putting an eye to see whether anything else such as pain, change in skin coloration, etc. adds to this.

Well it actually is still there. You can see it when the penis is Falcid. Can this be a lymph node issue. What should I do if it remains or enlargins?

There are no lymph nodes there. This is a very recent observation and prominent veins among highly trained athletes are not uncommon. This in itself, at least right now, do not present any danger or suggest so. In strictest terms, it might rather show how physically fit and healthy you are. However, through monitoring we will be able to see whether it represents something else.
For now, be calm, observe and report progress as well as any other developing new symptoms if any.
