Brief Answer:
unlikely

Detailed Answer:
Hello

-
If your child has knockknee you should show her to a pediatric orthopedic specialist to determine the underlying cause and more so for serial followup.

Many kids improve by 7 years of age .

If not they may be in need of night braces or ortho shoes.

Exercises do not help.

God bless
