Question: Hello! Since July I have had sharp pain in both my knees and the muscles in my legs below my knees are stiff and very sore. Today I fell trying to get dressed. I feel clumsy and that I cannot control my legs like I used to. Very concerned now after having fallen. My leg just couldn't hold me.

Brief Answer:
You should start with routine screen blood work, EKG, urinalysis

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

It sounds like you might be getting weaker for some undetermined reason. If you have not had any blood work, I would recommend getting routine screening blood work including electrolytes, metabolic disorders, and endocrine disorders. Weakness can be caused by any of the above. It does not sound like you're sick which means you're not having any fevers, chills, burning with urination, coughing, difficulty breathing, chest pain, shortness of breath, or abdominal pain. I would recommend starting the multivitamin again and continuing the vitamin d with calcium. Unfortunately you're going to need to see a medical professional to get blood work, urinalysis, EKG, and chest X-ray.
