Brief Answer:
It is better to get a fresh x ray

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and i think that you need to get a fresh x ray and get it checked by an orthopaedic surgeon as there are few possibilities.
1.There can be breakage of implant (plate and screws)
2.There can be hair line fracture.
3.it can be a muscular injury.
If x rays is normal then it is muscular injury. you need following treatment.
1.Splinting in form of bandage or plaster.
2. Hot water fomentation
3.Volitran ointment local application.
4.NSAID like brufen or combiflam.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
