Brief Answer:
Further evaluation required

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

I have seen the attached report, it looks like you have a renal stone disease

Here is how you should go about it

1. get a ct scan of the kidneys done to know the extent of the renal stone disease
2. get renal function and urine routine done to rule out functional kidney involvement
3. if the serum creatinine is elevated or you are symptomatic , for example fever, loin pain, drop in urine output you will require to undergo surgery
4. surgery for stone removal will be done by a urologist

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

regards

Hi Doctor

Thanks for your answer. I am attaching one more test result, I think this will help.

Is this possible for you to call me at 91 0000, or give me a phone number where I can call. A discussion can help me understand it better.

Thanks,

Hello

Thanks for getting back

I am afraid I am not allowed to share my personal details from you. You could ask the HCM team for a phone a doctor option for a detailed discussion

Here are my interpretations for the test reports you have attached

1. There is a deranged Liver function. I see that you have got only Hbsag done, I strongly recommend that HCV test also be done to rule out hepatitis. For now please abstain from alcohol and food rich in fat

2. Your renal function test is within normal limits and you have nothing to worry about and even the urine exam in normal. Please get a CT KUB ( kidney, ureter and bladder) as soon as possible for the renal stone and approach a urologist

I hope I was of help, I am once again sorry for not able to share my details. Please do approach customer care in this regard

Regards
