Question: I have an itchy rash between a couple fingers on my left and and in my inside forear/elbow area. it never shows up anywhere else and burns like crazy if you scratch it. I thought it might be ringworm but think it's different. like chiggar bites but little white pustuals and bumps.

Brief Answer:
A photo of rashy area is needed, suspected fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully, and understood your concerns.

A photo of the affected area is needed for a more specific opinion.

From what you are describing, it seems that the rash is caused by fungal infection.

To determine the right diagnosis, if I was your caring doctor would advise to run examination of skin scrapping.

As per treatment, gentian violet solution and terbinafin cream mixed with hydrocortisone cream applying locally daily are recommended for at least 2 weeks.

Hope it was of help!
