Brief Answer:
Acute dermatitis; topical steroid cream and Oral antihistamine

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us.

I have read your query and I have also reviewed images.
I can see blotchy, red patches and red, raised bumps. This seems like an acute dermatitis

Is it on both arms? Or only on one arm?

Underlying cause could be either an allergic contact dermatitis to metal (nickel) usually present in bangles/ bands etc that may cause a rash at sites of contact in sensitized individuals Or this could be an eczematous dermatitis secondary to xerosis/ dryness of skin.

I suggest you to use a moisturizer over affected area, twice daily.

In addition I would also suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g mometasone furoate 0.1% cream Or triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% cream, twice daily for a few days.

An oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg tablet once daily in evening will provide you symptomatic relief from itching.

Regards
