Brief Answer:
yeast

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
This is most likely a yeast type rash. It is sometimes called "jock itch" but you can get a yeast infection on any part of your skin.
The best way to treat it is with lamisil (terbenifine) cream applied twice daily until it is gone.
If you see a recurrent rash start up start treating it with this cream as soon as possible. it takes longer to completely cure once it has spread.
If you can not find Lamisil then there are other antifungal medications you can use, just ask your pharmacist for a topical antifungal medication.

The infection looks like this after a day or so. Just showing this as a follow up from the first. This is the right side of my scrtoum. Are we still seeing the same thing? I treated it last night with a monistate 1 single dose treatment .

Brief Answer:
itchy or painful

Detailed Answer:
Is it still just itchy or is it painful. The reason I am asking is that second photo looks like it may be blisters. Does it look like blisters to you?

They do look like small blisters. There is some itchyness. But i wouldnt call it painful

Just to pass on i took a herpes test and it came back negative. Which is what made me think i was ok there. .

Brief Answer:
yes that is good

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Yes, this can still be yeast so I would keep treating it with the lamisil. We always get concerned about herpes when we see blisters but they are usually very painful and you do not have that if you had a negative herpes test. Just keep using the lamisil and it should heal up in a few weeks
