Suggest Treatment For Itchy Penis And Ring Type Cuts On Foreskin
Question: I had intercourse with my partner when she was having a white thick discharge from then i had so itchiness in my penis and later while having intercourse I started having ring type consisting of small cut in my tip foreskin which burnt. It gets healed unless I have intercourse. The ring is formed everytime I have intercourse.

I tried using condom and still the cut reappears when I have intercourse.

Condom can only prevent the further transmission.
As you already got the infection, this has to treated first for preventing recurrent cuts(which may be from unhealthy skin from fungal infection).
You can try 1% clotrimazole ointment applied twice daily for 1-2 weeks. If the symptoms come down, continue treatment for a total of 5-6 weeks; otherwise, kindly see your doctor for examination and review of diagnosis.
For itching, you can use Levocetrizine 5mg at bed time for 5 days(This may cause some sedation).
Hope now you got cleared.
