Fungal infection ,take treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached pictures .
You seem to have developed tinea which is basically a fungal infection of the groin region .
keep the affected area clean and dry .
Wash the affected area with lukewarm saline water twice daily. Apply a topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole over the affected area twice daily . You might a course of oral antifungal agents like fluconazole if the lesion tends to persist or increase.
Apply the medicine regularly for atleast two weeks for complete cure and to prevent re infection.
Wear cotton undergarments so as to decrease sweating and prevent further infection.

Hope it helps

Brief Answer:
Need to treat the infection first

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Since you have active infection at present ,you need to apply the topical antifungal drug at present for atleast two weeks .
Once the infection heals ,then treatment for pigmentation can be started in the form of application of some skin lightening agents like kojic acid based creams .
