Suggest Treatment For Itchy Nodule In Groin Area

Question: Hi. I have a small & very itchy nodule on my lady bits. Not sure what the part is called but it would be on my gooch if I was male. I've been given a steroid cream which does take the irritation away for a while but it's back within a week of not using it. Any idea of what it is & how else to take the itch away?

Brief Answer:
Can you send me a picture of it?

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.

I have gone through your query. If you send a picture of it, then it will be more helpful to identify what it is.
Do you had any recent history of unprotected sexual intercourse?

Your problem can be most likely a fungal infection. In such case i advise ointments or creams with combination of antifungal like miconazole and corticosteroid flucinolone. Also avoid soaps and irritants to wash the area. You can use saline or warm water to wash.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
