Brief Answer:
Probably caused by moisture!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these anal itches that you have reported. Considering all the information you have provided, the most likely cause is secretions from this healing hemorrhoids that are responsible for irritation and the itches. This requires that you step up the personal hygiene. Clean the anal area as often as possible to always keep this area dry and reduce the itchy episodes.

I am pretty sure you would not report any itches soon after showers. Cleansing this area often and to extremes doing daily sit baths which consist in sitting into a bowl of lukewarm water containing an antiseptic for 15-20minutes at least 3ties daily and after each stool would be very helpful in this regard.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

I keep very good hygiene and clean myself very well daily. It does still itch after showers but not as severe of an itch. Some days the itch is worse than others. The hemorrhoid cream provides some relief but has not stopped the itching completely.

Brief Answer:
The cream would not help with this!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for following up with me.

The itch as I mentioned earlier is caused by secretions from the healing hemorrhoids. Try to cleanse each time you have this worrisome sensation and you would be relieved. I believe it would disappear with healing but can't tell when this would for sure occur. Should symptoms worsen or get worse, it may need further examination to see what the problem could be delaying healing.

The cream would not help with this itch as it is caused by the presence of secretions. On day that you get sweaty, go long hours without changing or cleansing, or it gets very humid, you would be unable to escape this sensation totally unless you cleanse regularly.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Keep me posted with your progress.
