It is a small Sebaceous cyst.

Hi
As per your description,it looks like a Sebaceous cyst.
This cyst occurs in relation to hair.In most of these cysts,we see a dark spot over it called punctum.
It is not cancer.
There are no medicines for it.It has to be removed surgically.It can be done under local anaesthesia as a Day case procedure.

Tryed to squish it but nothing happen . It just look wet a bit. Is vinegar okay to put on it?

Please do not put anything on it,even Venigar.It may get infected .
You should consult a surgeon and get it removed.
Eventhough the contents come out after squeezing,the swelling recurs as the cyst wall is still present.
So,it has to be removed completely.
