Brief Answer:
Fissure in ano

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Itching associated with blood in stools is almost always fissure in ano. That is there is a small crack in the anal region.
Here is what you should do

1. Try not to apply pressure while passing stools
2. Make sure you take stool softeners like Lactulose at night for a free bowel movement in the morning
3. Sitz bath daily. That is, you will have to sit in a tub of warm water twice daily
4. Approach a general surgeon as soon as possible
5. You can also apply lignocaoine gel around the itchy area.
6 Please avoid scratching, it will make it worse

I hope i Was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
