Question: My husband was DX with pink eye. He was given polymyxin b sulfate and trimethoprim drops. His eye is still itching like crazy. Can he have lastacaft too? Or anything else to relieve the itch?

It sounds like he has some significant inflammation going on or possibly some type of allergic issue. Lastacraft May provide some relief. I will talk about this with the doctor again. Sometimes topical steroid medications such as Prednisolone drops can be quite helpful as well.

Again I think the antihistamine might provide some relief but I will talk about it with the doctor first.
