Brief Answer:
It may be
celiac disease.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the celiac disease, caused by the allergy to the gluten containing foods, like wheat, barley, and oats etc.
The other reason could be the intolarence to the milk and milk products, both of the above have the same symptoms as the
irritable bowel syndrome.
You have got pain on the left lower side, so the lesion must be in the descending colon, or rectum.
you may have to undergo tests, like stools for reducing substances for milk intolarence. Blood tests, genetic tests to find the possibilities of celiac disease, and the
colonoscopy, and bipsy for confirmation of the celiac disease.
You are also suffering with the acidity,
indigestion, and burning in the throat. It appears to be the G.E.R.D, gastroesophageeal reflux disease, may be secondary to the
peptic ulcer, hiatal hernia, alcohol, hepatitis irritant foods etc.
You may need to have gastroscopy, esophagoscopy, and ultrasound, liver function tests for diagnosis.
You have the proctitis, which can cause the frequency of stools, and hemorrhoids can cause the bleeding. If you get surgery of the piles, you may get relief to some extent.
I advise you to
consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, ranitidine, lactic acid bacilli twice daily, and
loperamide for once daily.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
