Brief Answer: It may be celiac disease. Detailed Answer: Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe, it appears to be the celiac disease, caused by the allergy to the gluten containing foods, like wheat, barley, and oats etc. The other reason could be the intolarence to the milk and milk products, both of the above have the same symptoms as the irritable bowel syndrome. You have got pain on the left lower side, so the lesion must be in the descending colon, or rectum. you may have to undergo tests, like stools for reducing substances for milk intolarence. Blood tests, genetic tests to find the possibilities of celiac disease, and the colonoscopy, and bipsy for confirmation of the celiac disease. You are also suffering with the acidity, indigestion, and burning in the throat. It appears to be the G.E.R.D, gastroesophageeal reflux disease, may be secondary to the peptic ulcer, hiatal hernia, alcohol, hepatitis irritant foods etc. You may need to have gastroscopy, esophagoscopy, and ultrasound, liver function tests for diagnosis. You have the proctitis, which can cause the frequency of stools, and hemorrhoids can cause the bleeding. If you get surgery of the piles, you may get relief to some extent. I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, ranitidine, lactic acid bacilli twice daily, and loperamide for once daily. Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.

Brief Answer: Please verify my reply again. Detailed Answer: Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. I gave you the medicines,in my reply, We at this end can only suggest you medicines, but not expected to give you a complete prescription. I suggested you the medicines, ofloxacin, ornidazole, ranitidine, and lactic acid bacilli B.I.D, and loperamide once daily. This is the prescription to my patients and if you want to use these medicines you have to take advise of your doctor and use them. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin200mg,ornidazole500mg, ranitidine 300mg, lactic acid bacilli B.I.D for 10 days. loperamide once daily for 10 days. This is only a prescription for symptomatic relief. If you want you can use with your doctors advise, to get temporary relief. You must consult a gastroenterologist for excluding the celiac disease, and lactose intolerance as i have explained in my reply. Ometing the milk ,milk products like curd, ghee etc. Wheat, barley, and oats, can give you relief to some extent. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.

If ofloxacin200mg, ornidazole500mg, ranitidine 300mg, lactic acid bacilli B.I.D are to be taken for 10 days. loperamide once daily for 10 days, then what NEXT? AFTER 10 DAYS ? WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THAT ? DO I HAVE TO SUFFER FROM THE SAME DISEASE AGAIN AFTER 10 DAYS ? YOU HAVE RECOMMENDED THESE FOR TEMPORARY RELIEF. IS THERE NO PERMANENT CURE ? ALL DOCTORS HAVE ASKED TO OMIT MILK PRODUCTS EXCEPT CURD. DIETITIANS & A FEW OTHER DOCTORS I CONSULTED ASKED ME TO CURD COMPULSORILY AS A PART OF DIET AS IT IS GOOD FOR DIGESTION. THEREFORE I HAVE STARTED TAKING CURD / BUTTERMILK RECENTLY AFTER I HAD STOPPED IT ON A DCOTOR'S ADVICE. ALL DOCTORS ARE GIVING CONTRADICTORY ADVICE REGARDING THE FOOD & OTHER DIETARY INTAKE IN THIS REGARDS. CURD IS PURELY FOR EXAMPLE PURPOSES ONLY. Is it really worth getting surgery done for piles ? Is surgery the only option for treating piles ? Is there no oral medication ?Does surgery eliminate piles completely because you have mentioned "If you get surgery of the piles, you may get relief to some extent. " Is there no complete remedy ?

Brief Answer: final diagnosis is important to have prognosis. Detailed Answer: Hi, You have been diagnosed with the proctitis and piles. If it is only piles, there could be a permanent cure with surgery, proctitis complicates with the infection. If the proctitis is cured before the surgery you can have complete cure. Still the surgeon's opinion who looks it by proctoscopy will be the better judge. I have clearly mentioned that it is called the lactose intolerance, means the things which have lactose should be avoided.curd has lactose. Some people may not have effect with the curd, they can use curd. But before ometing it the intolerance should be confirmed. If it is celiac disease, due to the intolerance to gluten, it will have the inflammation and mixed infection, for that infection, i have made the prescription, which i usually give to my patient. They will get relief for few months in the mean while as i have advised they will have the colonoscopy, biopsy, and exact diagnosis, and have the final treatment with the gastroenterologist who attends ,and seen the changes in the colon and get cured. If you are comfortable with the curd you can use curd. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.

Thank you so much Sir. But how do I find out if I intolerant to lactose or gluten ? As of now I am avoiding all milk products. I have stopped drinking milk as well. I had stopped curd as well. But resumed curd consumption recently. However I have Wheat Chapatis during lunch. Should I avoid this as well ? But the most important question is all of these basic foods are to be avoided, what should actually be consumed during meals ? I dont think there is any option left. Please note that I have lost 15 kgs of weight in the last 1 month. I have reduced to a skeleton of bones. Partially due to my disease IBS & partly due to dietary restrictions.

Brief Answer: Try to go through my first answer carefully. Detailed Answer: Dear XXXX,I can under stand your problem. Try to follow my first reply care fully, i am repeating the same thing from that. It is the the duty of the gastroenterologist for diagnosis, to get it with out error, by doing colonosopy, and biopsy at the same time you will have the diagnosis of celiac disease. some blood tests reveal the celiac disease, and stools test for reducing substances if present reveals the intolarance to the milk and milk products. As it is you have not confirmed of the intolarance, and with out confirmation you need not stop to take them. If it is confirmed of having celiac disease, you should stop, taking wheat in any form. for that you should consult a gastroenterologist. If you stop taking wheat, with out confirmation,it is only troubling your self with out any result. If it is confirmed celiac, you should take either rice, like south indians, japanies , chinies, etc. You make your body adopt to the changes in the diet, so that you may not loose weight. For all doubts regarding, try to read the answers repeatedly, you can find the result. Nothing is left behind. Anxiety makes you still irritant, avoid all sorts of anxiety so that you can have comfortable life. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
