Hello

Detailed Answer:

Hi,
thank you for the query.
I understand your concern.
Look like you have and irritable bowel constipation variant.
Do not worry.
Worm infestation is common and unlikely to explain your symptoms which have been there for so many years.
worthwhile getting an stool examination done to confirm your query.

Also if your are nursing your baby better to avoid unnecessary medications.

Try taking isapgula husk (fibre supplement) and see how you feel, it may reduce your pain too.
Also need to regularize your eating sleeping habits and importantly distress yourself.
Once stool examination confirms infection then you can take the medication to deworm yourself.
All this will help you in future to control your symptoms too.
Hope this answers your query.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
Happy to help.
Best wishes.
