Brief Answer:
Prolpsed hemorrhoids

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

According to your description it appears to be a case of prolapsed hemorrhoid.
If the hemorrhoid come out but then can get reduced then its stage 3 if not then its in 4th stage, where it stays out. At this stage medicine are of no help and surgery should be done as sometimes hemorrhoids can get thrombosis and cause severe pain and discomfort. Adequate hydration , High fiber diet, Sitz baths , local creams like posterisone forte are measures that can be taken / advised pre and postoperatively. The choice of anesthesia would depend on your overall condition and in consultation with your anesthesiologist. Yes, you may request him for the general anesthesia option.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
