Brief Answer:
Following causes of feeling pain in the cartilage of your left ear...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry for the pain you are feeling in the cartilage of your left ear.
Now, as you do not report any recent history of getting cold, then, the pain you are feeling could be due to:
- spondyloarthrosis
- any bad teeth you might have
- or migraine
- or arthritis of the jaw joint
- or even any trauma on the left side of head that you might have underestimated

Please monitor your blood pressure and record the results.
Take oral analgesic you find over the counter.
If there is no improvement within the next 48 hours, should see an ENT and neurologist for further evaluations.

Keep good oral hygiene meanwhile. Apply warm clothing on the painful area to see if there is any improvement.

Wish fast recovery.
