Answered by Dr. Matthew J. Mangat (37 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
probably due to previous injury over R.testis before 9 years.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX welcome to HCM. your pain and discomfort over the right testis, is typically seen after trauma over the region, which also was the cause of the swelling over the area. subsequently, the testis shrinks a bit in size, called atrophy.

you will need to see a doctor/urologist,who will advice routine blood tests and a scrotal doppler ultrasound scan to assess the changes within the testis, and give you some analgesics as well. based on the report, he'll advise you treatment for relief of your discomfort.

should you require any further clarifications, feel free to contact me. get well soon.

Brief Answer:
take the medicine and show urologist after a week.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX just saw your scrotal scan. As i told you earlier, it shows shrinking in size of R.testis, due to ,the bike injury. Forget about tumor. the scan shows inflammation, causing the pain over it. take the prescribed medicine for a week. it would be advisable to see your urologist after that.he will then tell you, if it's needed further.
wish you a speedy recovery.
