Brief Answer:
Olanzapine or Quetiapine can be tried

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM

Bipolar disorder results in problems of sleep and reduced need for sleep.

What medicines you are currently taking?

For problems of sleep in bipolar drugs like second generation antipsychotics can be utilised. Olanzapine or Quetiapine can be used for sleep. The drugs will help in sound sleep even in low dose and will help in stabilisation of mood too. There is no risk of dependence.

Even for short term benzodiazepines can be used. Clonazepam or Diazepam can be utilised for short term or on sos basis for sleep. You can talk with your doctor for these drugs.

Thanks
