Suggest Treatment For Insect Bites On Torso, Neck And Face

Question: I have what looks like mosquito bites w/rash from my under arms down both sides of my torso, a few bites on my neck, face, and bites on my bottom. It is super itchy. I was outside last night for several hours but had on a t-shirt, hoodie, and jeans. Does that sound like mosquito bites or should I see a doctor?
