Hello!

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

In a viral infection from Influenza viruses you can be contagious and transmit the infection to others 2 day before your symptoms begin and up to 5-7 days after becoming sick.It is very important to stay home during this period. So at least you should stay home 5 days after the beginning of your symptoms.
The anti-viral treatments like Tamiflu will reduce your symptoms and prevent serious complications but it usually doesn't make shorter the period of being contagious.

You don't need to worry for the body temperature.Sometimes viral infection can cause low body temperature instead of high fever. In this case it is just a symptom of the infection and it will be normal in a few days.
Another possible reason for low body temperature is taking Antipyretics like Ibuprofen or Tylenol or it can be a side effect of Tamiflu.
You don't need to worry,it is not of concern.

You should rest a lot,eat healthy and drink plenty of water.
If it has been 5 days since the start of your symptoms ,you can go to school otherwise would be safe to stay home.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any other question or doubt to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.

Kind regards,
