Brief Answer:
I would suggest Oral as well as topical treatment for you

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

Acne which has red, painful, pustular or nodular lesions comprises inflammatory acne.
Topical antiacne medications that are useful in inflammatory acne are topical Benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel, topical Clindamycin 1% gel, topical Nadifloxacin 1% gel etc.
However, topical treatment alone may not be effective in taking complete control of inflammatory acne.
In addition to Topical Medication Oral antibiotics like either Doxycycline, Lymecycline, Azithromycin are usually effective in controlling inflammatory acne.

Apart from Topical treatment and Oral antibiotics that I have mentioned above, Oral Retinoids e.g Isotretinoin are very useful for moderate to severe grade of inflammatory acne, acne associated with scaring, Or acne not responding completely to traditional antiacne medications i.e oral antibiotics and topical antibacterials like benzoyl peroxide.

As I had suggested in my earlier discussion, You seem to be a candidate for Oral Retinoids, since you have inflammatory acne that is causing scaring.

These are all prescription and very effective medications. I suggest you to visit a dermatologist in your region for the needful. Your dermatologist will be able to assess the severity of your acne and prescribe accordingly.
Moreover acne treatment needs to be modified over time according to the response therefore the need for regular follow up with a dermatologist.
