Have seen all your details.

A swollen eye lid can result from trauma, infections,Bug bite or other injuries to the eye area. Virtually any cause of inflammation to the eye area may manifest as eyelid swelling, although allergic reactions are likely the most common cause.

If possible please attach a photo of the inflamed brow.

Treatment
Use Mupirocin ointment twice daily(Broad spectrum antibiotic)
Tab Diclofenac 100mg slow release tablet once daily(Anti inflammatory)
Tab Fexofenadine 180mg once daily(Anti histaminic)
Take them for three days.
Please discuss treatment with your opthalmologist.
