Suggest Treatment For Infertility
I am trying to conceive from past 1 year , but unsuccessful due to thin utrine lining 6.7 mm / 7mm / 7.2 mm. Is there any medicine or specific diet that I can take to improve it during my next cycle ? I have read somewhere that diary products in diet cause hormonal problems that could be the reason of thin ET. Could you please suggest. Right now I am on rest cycle , my gynae is preparing for IVF in next cycle. Please suggest what should I do during this rest cycle that could increase the possibility of IVF success.
Thanks
A healthy fertility diet plan should be followed strictly.

Hi Mam,
I can understand your concern.
Thin endometrium can be due to multiple factors like hormonal imbalance, polyps or fibroids in the endometrium etc.
Successful Invitro ferrtilization needs good hormone support, successful uterine soiling and adequate dietary supplementation.
I advise you to follow the below instructions.
1.Avoid stress and anxiety.
2.Drink 3-4 liters of water per day.
3.Avoid fatty and oily foods.
4.Yoga,Meditation and Exercise for 30 min will help.
5.Eat atleast 60 gms of proteins daily like eggs, oysters, pukses, legumes.
6.Eat organic foods.
7.Diet rich in fruits, nuts, and zinc rich foods will be helpful.
8.Avoid soy products,sweetened sugars,tea ,coffe,smoking and alcohol.(Both the partners).
