Brief Answer:
Better to follow your doctor's advice

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
According to the ultrasound reports, better to follow your doctor's advice.
Because:
-Though fibroid is small, as it is in posterior myometrium and indenting on the endometrium, it can lead to complications like difficulty in implantation, abortion etc.
-Poly cystic ovary disease can affect the fertility by leading to anovulation, irregular periods etc.

So by undergoing laproscopic myomectomy and ovarian drilling, both problems can be solved.
And after 3 to 6 months of surgery you both can plan for pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your query. I will be available to answer followup queries. If you are satisfied with the response, please give your review at the end of the discussion.
Take care.

Thank you doctor for answering my question. So,in this case going for IUI will get result in getting pregnancy or laproscopy is the best option.

Brief Answer:
Implantation may become difficult

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
IUI may lead to fertilization if your wife is having ovulatory cycles.
But because of fibroid implantation of ferlized ovum may become difficult and if implantation occurs miscarriage possibility is there.
During pregnancy size of the fibroid may increase and can lead to complications.
So, better option is laparoscopy.
You discuss with your doctor and decide.
Take care.
