See you need to be sure that they are genital warts as usually warts are smell less!
Or it is a possibility that you have warts associated with some bacterial or fungal infection.
Treatment would depend on the diagnosis.

I have seen the attached pic. Thanks for the same.
These are genital warts only for sure. The best treatment for this is application of podophyllin (like podowart) by an expert dermatologist at regular intervals.
In such cases, i also advise my patients to get HIV and VDRL investigations to rule out associated STDs.

Hi Sir,
I did test for HIV & VDRL......both are normal (non responsive).
I think after applying Imiquad, my penis is swollen & cannot pull the skin also.
Its too painful & there is a yellow discharge oozing from the tip.
I cannot clean the Glans, which too tough to pull out due to pain.
Kindly suggest me some medication to relieve the pain & swellings (uploaded the pic)

In such situation I would advise you not to manipulate the things further as there send be associated infection.
Also it seems you have applied excessive doses of the medicine.
I usually give broad spectrum antibiotic like Augmentin and pain killers like Diclofenac which also reduces the inflammation.
Don't apply this yourself now. Go to a nearby dermatologist and him/her treat it.
