Brief Answer:
Apply Salicylic acid.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Salicylic acid is keratolytic, it can help to soften the corn.Salicylic acid cans in form of plasters, pads , drops and plasters.

Since its red and swollen apply local antibiotics cream. If there is pus formation then thoroughly clean it with soap, apply antibiotic cream , take oral antibiotics and keep it covered with bandages.

If never checked for sugar levels, then get it checked.
