Brief Answer:
ORS is the mainstay of treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. It seems that your daughter has got a food poisoning. You need not panic. The mainstay of treatment would be to give ORS (oral rehydration solution) to replenish for the salt and water lost through vomiting. You may give some antiemetic like ondansetron syrup (prescription medicine). Antibiotics are not required. Please be patient as the vomiting may persist for a day or two.

You would have to monitor the urinary frequency. If urine output is ok, you need not worry. If it is less, it indicates dehydration or deficiency of adequate amount of water in the body and the replenishment needs to be increased.

Regards
