Brief Answer:
Please provide more information to find out reason for fever

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I really appreciate your concern for your mother
I will definitely help you, but I need more information to find out the cause of the fever like

Is it a constant fever or intermittent ( if it remains constant throughout the day)?
Does she feel shortness of breath or chest pain?
How's appetite?
is there any complaints of vomiting or pain in abdomen?
Does she complain of sore throat or pain in throat with running nose or nasal blockage?

Azithromycin and clavum both are not required to be taken together, any one of them would suffice.

So please revert to me with these details so that I will be able to tell you more precisely.
Best wishes

1)her fever is intermittent. 2day only 1 time till. Fever reaches 100 deg before I charged calpol.
2)tendency of vomiting when fever crossing 100
3)less appetite
4)no chest pain or shortness of breath

Brief Answer:
Please consider these guidelines

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your reply
Looking at your description I would advise you for few investigations like blood for hemoglobin, CBC, Liver function test, blood test for malaria and an X ray chest ( if need be)

Since she is having dry cough and fever, in my opinion she should continue with azithromycin with other symptomatic treatment like Paracetamol for fever and a cough syrup or cough lozenges for cough with anti acidity medicine like pantoprazole.

Clavam is not indicated and she should not take it without consulting her doctor.

Gargling with warm saline water or antiseptic mouth wash will also help her

Hope this answers your question
Please feel free to ask for more clarification I will be happy to help you
Best wishes
