Brief Answer:
Administer Paracetamol

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms,

Temperature of over 101 requires immediate reduction to prevent febrile convulsion in children.
I would suggest the following

1. Immediately Administer Antipyretics: Syrup Paracetamol in dosage of 15 mg per kilogramme body weight per dose

2. Tepid sponging: 15 to 20 minutes after giving Paracetamol , wipe the whole body with a soft napkin soaked in water at room temperature( not ice water). This will rapidly bring down the temperature and tide over emergency.

If the fever does not come down after this then visit ER.

Kindly keep me updated. Get back to me for any further assistance

Take Care
