Brief Answer:
High blood sugars

Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Noted your concern. At your age, doctors aim for a fasting blood sugar of around 130 mg and post meals or random blood sugar up to 180 mg.
Your current blood sugars are quite high. This could be due to improper dose, or improper insulin technique or damaged insulin or due to any infections. You may need to call your diabetes nurse and fix an appointment with them. By the way, do you have any cough/cold/difficulty with urination etc?
Regards
Binu
