Brief Answer:
Do not self medicate as that can sometimes lead to sudden hypotension

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma'am I've gone through medical details provided by you of your husband and I understand your concern. I am Dr. Bhanu Partap and am a Cardiology practitioner.

First of all tell your husband not to be stressed and relax. I want to tell you that blood pressure management requires a holistic approach that includes following healthy lifestyle habits( daily exercise routine, healthy diet, no smoking and reduction in dietary salt intake) , regular medicine intake as prescribed by your doctor.

So make sure that along with the medicines your husband should also follow healthy lifestyle habits.

To guide you in a proper way I need to know what medicines your husband is on. So kindly provide me the details of medicines.

I'll be happy to help.

Kind Regards
Dr, Bhanu Partap
