Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure While On Valsartan And Levoxyl

Question: I am on Valsartan HCTZ 320 - 12.5 mg, Spirolonactone , pravastatin 80 mg, Levoxyl - 88 MCG and bisoprolol HTZ 5 mg (at night) . Today, after a stressfull day at work, I took my bloood pressure as I do usually, and the machine stopped four times. my hands are cold and sweaty, and I have a ringing in my ears. I took the bisoprolol as well as a clorazdipot 7.5 mg (which expired in 2014, so probably not very potent). Should I check myself into emergency? as I am afraid to take my pressure, which must be above 200, or should I take another tranquilizer?

I will say measure the blood pressure and if more than 200, go to ER.

If you must do something, I will recommend you get the blood pressure. If the reading is above 180/100mmHG, i recommend that you go to the ER. If it is lower, take a tranquilizer and monitor further. If you can't stand taking it, I will rather recommend that you go to the ER immediately for evaluation and management. However, this is a XXXXXXX you can save yourself of should you put on courage and measure your blood pressure first.
